<p>sent rec letters to mcgill anyway, hoping it could mean something, but they were pretty good. i'm indian and a canadian citizen living in maine.</p>

<p>yes, but mcgill doesn't care about it since they don't take essays</p>

<p>it's not something like a death in the family...more like i wasn't very responsible for my courseload</p>

<p>well i dont think a school would consider that a good reason. i was asking to see if you were a candidate for the extenuating circumstances option they have.</p>
