Did you CLEP ?

why or why not? If so which classes?

CLEP sociology. i was tryin' to graduate early. although that plan is scraped, i'm still glad I took it. i needed it for my major anyway and it saved me about $300-400. can't complain.

If you're thinking about CLEP, really talk with a college advisor first. Sometimes classes are confusing... what you think you need as a requirement might actually be satified by some other requirement... er, or something like that. It didn't happen to me with CLEP but with another course. So be careful with your planning!

(also, a lot of the cut-off scores that colleges put up are really, really easy to attain. My school requires a 75 out of the 80, which means you have to get a 90% or better, roughly. most other schools, if they accept CLEP, set their scores at 50-60. The lower scores are awesome if it's just a gen ed requirement, but you better take the class or really go above and beyond in your CLEP studies if it's a course for your major.)
