I very slightly exceeded; in an earlier thread I said that I expected a 2200-2300 and I managed a 2310.

Post what you expected and what you got.

I expected between a 2250 and 2300. I got 2240, so I am slightly underwhelmed.

This was my first time taking, so I didn't know what to expect.

I told myself I wouldn't retake a 2250. And I got a 2230. Looking forward to October. I'm happy with my score... but if I can get that with just a week or two of hard-core studying... we'll see what happens when I spend the whole summer prepping. Too bad we can't just get it over with in September.

Was hoping for a 2180, got a 2040. More than slightly underwhelmed.

2300
****ed up on math

but yeah satisfied

I told everyone that I expected a 2000 and I certainly beat that (2130).

But deep down, I was really expecting at least a 2200. Failed that. :(

I really wanted a 2250, but I got a crappy 2190 instead. that's 60 points away from my goal. I fail.

I was hoping for above a 700 on Biology E, and I got 760!

:o) I'm happy.

I was expecting around 2150-2200, wanted a 2300+, but knew it wouldn't happen, got a 2240, so Im fairly happy, I said I wouldn't retake a 2200+ so I done with SAT and SAT II :-D.

Meet. But then, I only took it to raise my math score above 700 (got 720).

reallly really underwhelmed...enough said

I met my expectations but it was less than what I hoped for (if that makes sense).

Ouch that sucks... The difference between a 2230 and a 2250 is quite literally just a careless mistake here or there. But still, awesome score!

I think the difference between a 2230 and a 2250 can just be the difference between omitting and getting one wrong.

I fell short....30 points....i got a 2100 but i wanted a 2130
i have no idea what to do. i really dnt know if i should retake it or not.

This is my first time taking the SAT. PSAT was 183.

Was hoping for at least 1900. Got 2100.

I predicted to score in the 600s for everything and got a 2190 with a 750 on math, 730 on reading, and 710 on writing. Now I really wish I had scored a 2200, because that sounds so much better. I am not sure if I should retake the test yet.

Nice improvement JteH. Isn't it great when you do hella better than you expected?

I met my goal in math.... did ok overall

Exceeded by a LOT! :)
