<p>I did not; my guidance counselor told me I didn't need to. He said that's to be done later for tuition purposes [he is a little scatter-brained...] I live in NC, and I'm now worried that they will think I'm OOS. I completed one for NC State, and I talked to a friend from another school who DID complete a residency form for UNC.</p>

<p>There is residency information bundled in the application. If they need for information they will ask you to complete the form.</p>

<p>I have a couple in-state friends who were prompted to fill it out, but I was not. They will still consider you in-state… I think they just chose randomly who had to do it</p>
