<p>I think PR was good & is good for history. I don't know how much any review help book would help for anything that isnt facts (ie no book necessary for calc)</p>

<p>But i think it def helped sort out the important information.</p>

<p>Prep books are a waste for Comp for sure.</p>

<p>oh yeah, the AP Biology Cliff Notes are really good. i never used the REA book. just heard about it.</p>

<p>semipitern--you don't think REA is good for AP history. I was goign to buy that and AMSCO tonight because everyone here says that they are the best?</p>

<p>Yeah I heard REA is the best, which is what I have, cuz they have like 6 full length practice tests with detailed explanations.
AMSCO is also the best because it supposedly condenses the info more than REA and gives you good hints about DBQs & essays. There's also 1 practice exam.
Anyway, I have both, and so far I like the AMSCO better because the REA is very dry reading.</p>

<p>5 on Environmental Science. Bought the Barron's book, but it was WAY harder than the real test.</p>

<p>5 on History, REA was excellent for that subject. My other 5 so far, Chem, was using Barrons.</p>
