I submitted my UC Application on 11/02 and the only campus that sent me instructions to set up my account is Berkeley. I received nothing from UCLA, UCSD, UCSB or UCI.
Do you have similar experience?

Yes, this happened to me too. Did you get a request from Berkeley for a letter of rec?
@cottonball18 - no request for the letter of rec, just the set up instructions.
Ok, me too. I wonder if they send out letters later on since I know some people have already gotten the request.
@cottonball18 I think it’s likely we’ll never get a letter request - I think they send requests to a small percentage of applicants.
Yep I’ve only gotten the portal for Berkeley though. None so far for the other UCs I’ve applied to (UCLA, Irvine, Merced, Santa Cruz)
UCAppTip: "Within 4-6 weeks after Nov. 30, each campus you apply to will email you to set up an account on its admissions student portal.
I got this information from their twitter page ----> @UC_Apply
Hope this helps ^^
Finally got the portal, but nothing to setup (use your name and application ID to log in) and nothing in there, not even a checklist.
@bogeyorpar - same I only got long in instructions from Berkeley and UCLA. Nothing from other UC campuses. When I log in to the portals there’s no information confirming that they received my ACT score, transcript, etc. Kind of strange. I applied to some private schools and their portals list all the documents they received and if some documents are still missing.
Have heard from most of the UC campuses our daughter has applied to, but still nothing yet from UCSD. It’s the middle of January, so we’re kind of freaking out.
all of mine got sent to my spam. you can set them up manually if you use your uc id and go onto their website, theres lengthy complicated instructions but it works-i did it with uci.
@Calnervousdad, my DS did not get email from UCSD either, but he went to the UCSD portal and choose “I forgot my password”, and voila, UCSD sent a “recover password” email with a new PIN. Apparently UCSD already set up the portal for him, but somehow the email notification was lost. Try this trick if you can’t find the email.
