Did you Get In?

There is a message saying admissions decisions are in and to check my email, but there is NO EMAIL! Anyone else hear a decision or have this issue???

Got an acceptance letter in the mail on Monday. Small envelope by the way. Submitted application on Nov. 15th.

So sorry, this is the wrong college. Nevermind. :(

S’s online acct last Friday said that a decision had been made and he would receive snail mail within 5 days. A week later he still has not received anything. He submitted his app 11/15.

Actually this is what it said a week ago Friday “Your application for admission has been reviewed, and a decision has been recently sent to the address we have on record.”

OH! We thought it was the EMAIL address!!! That explains why it isn’t in email…

@Mamom, I have the same problem. I checked my status last Monday and it said that exact same thing. But it’s been more than 5 days and I haven’t gotten anything yet. Hopefully, tomorrow?

yeah, very frustrating, for me anyway. S is taking it in stride. I figure we will give it another few days before S contacts admissions. Good luck to everyone.

I called undergraduate admissions today. The status - “your application for admission has been reviewed, and a decision has been recently sent to the address we have on record” - was incorrect and should not have been posted. The office told me that all EA decisions would be mailed on Thursday, December 23.

johnny- thanks for the update.

So they mail the decision December 23? I was hoping we would RECEIVE the notification that day. Anyone know if they email it in addition to snail mail? I was really hoping we’d know before Christmas.

got in. 12k renewable scholarship.

Whoo Hoo!! Got the big envelope today. DS got the $16,000 Trustee Scholarship!! What a wonderful way to begin Christmas!!

I qualified for a scholarship too… I just wish they took other stuff into account like class rigor and ECs…

congrats to those who got in! Can you tell me where you are located? We are on the east coast and I assume those closer to Seattle will hear first.

Just discovered these postings. Daughter got in with a $16K renewable scholarship. This school does an excellent job of producing graduates who value service of community.

I agree wholeheartedly. We visited the school on dec 22nd. We spoke with an individual guide and a counselor about commitment to service. All the while, we were treated like dignitaries. This is a Wonderful school.

accepted, 9k per year. did you guys get handwritten letters of congratulations?

^
Not the whole letter, but the signature was signed by someone. And I got a small note from an admissions counselor who enjoyed reading my extracurriculars.

Yes, DD got a handwritten note of acceptance and a 9K scholarship, which was a great surprise! Can’t wait to visit in early February! This is the only school we have looked at where every student we have spoken with isuniversally enthusiastic!
