wahoo! congrats everyone! hope to see you next year!

Was a small letter. Received $16K scholorship because of grades. Ambassador called couple nigths ago to see if she had any questions.

We got a similar call. But I was not around when it came, so it went to voice mail. Attempted to call back, but it went to their recorded number.

We got one too - basically, a very nice student calling to see if student to student she has any questions. Interesting how the schools she has been admitted to are marketing her - nice ego boost to have calls and letters coming with some frequency. I had to make a call on a question re the FAFSA to Seattle - I don’t recall when I have talked to nicer people.

They called back a few days later & I gave my daughter’s number. It’s very flattering for these kids to get these calls. But it also says something (good) about the school.

I got a call from a student currently going to SU who told me about the school and answered my questions. Very welcoming and makes me look forward to visiting SU even more.

ilikeuw - can’t help noticing your signature. did you also visit UW or are you going to? We just filed a visit report on SU today after seeing it this weekend - you live in SUCH a beautiful city! We had a great time!

I moved from the east to Seattle last year and I’m currently in love with Seattle U. Is there any transfers that have been accepted? & if so what are your stats?
Thanks.

I got my acceptance letter in the mail today! It was exciting. Like a lot of the other posters I got the $16,000 a year and a handwritten note, which was nice. Seattle’s definitely on my list if I decide to stay on the West Coast.

I got accepted today! I got a handwritten note and the 16 k scholarship too.

Congrats on the acceptance and scholarships, guys! It’s good to finally hear something about SU-- this forum’s been so dead. I’m glad the new posts were good news!

I got accepted with a $10,000 scholarship! No other word about FA yet, but having a third knocked off tuition right off the bat is uplifting!
