Although it was optional there was a place for a photo. Did you put one and what kind and size was it? Mine is just a normal photo size 9x13 but I'm not quite sure whether it was the right picture to send

oops. forgot.
Although I probably wouldn't have bothered anyway. lol

i took a picture of me in a Georgetown shirt with thumbs up haha.

and still got deferred EA :(

hopefully they'll appreciate it more the second time around...

ecapp good idea :D my picture has nothing to do with Georgetown or education at all, though :D

xD Mine is really just a good photo of me, shoulders and above. I took photography classes before so I know how to take a good portrait but I chose to just use a good photograph without getting too artsy or creative with it. They really just want to have a face.

Was there a spot to attach it if we applied online? I read the application so many times that I think missing it would've been impossible, but I guess I could've easily missed an upload link...

notjosiegrossie I am talking about the paper version of the application so may be you haven't missed it..do they really need just a face?will a picture waist and above do?

I just sent a little wallet sized school pic from last year. I assumed it had to fit in the little space they gave.

i sent a really crappy one printed off my computer (my computer is crappy). it was just like wallet size, like the same size as the little box on the paper. it was just my head and shoulder. really, i don't think it matters

mine was just a plain ol' passport photo.

and thats exactly why i set myself apart from the rest. :)

I was going to get one of me with the ol' thumbs-up next to the statue from a summer program, but either I only took one of my friend or I just couldn't find one, so I ended up forgetting completely. It really is optional, 'cause I still got in :-p

I gave them this pic that was me in front of a black bg, balancing my camera on top of my head...and the pic only showed my forehead and eyes...

XD

i had senior portraits taken at a local photography studio (not the crappy required one for the yearbook)

i send a picture of me sitting on the ground in a button down polo with jeans.. it was classy, but still revealed a little bit about myself without being generic

=)

I was sitting on the beach after a early morning set in my wetsuit with my hair all beachy and crazy. It was defiantly a very me picture.

Oh man, i forgot. Should i wear glass for looking smart?

should we look smart at all? wow, you should see my picture :D

If you're girl, i wanna see yours

haha CoF, nice. Me too!

haha. yes, I'm a girl :) it will be nice if you can tell me whether this picture was an appropriate one :P
