I go to a well-regarded high school, and have taken the most demanding classes available (all Honors/AP core classes)

9th: 3.33 UW
10th: 3.81 UW
11th: 3.91 UW (last two of three trimesters were all solid As [no A-s])

Cumulative UW GPA: 3.67 UW

As you can see, my GPA is majorly brought down by freshman year. Excluding it, I have a 3.84 UW GPA. I plan to get all As first term senior year.

My ACT score is 35. My question is: if you had a subpar GPA that's main reason for being mediocre was freshman year, where did you get in? I'm wondering if colleges will be forgiving since my 10th/11th grade GPA is pretty much up to par (for top 20ish schools), and I really did well junior year. My school doesn't rank. However, I doubt anyone has a 4.0 UW. If anything, lots of teachers deflate grades.

Thanks for any input!!!
