Hey, so I haven't received a confirmation email directly from Stanford. I received three emails (1 about Supp, 1 about common app, and 1 about payment) from CommonApp.

Have you guys all received emails both from Stanford AND from CommonApp.org?

No confirmation from Stanford. If you want to know if they received your materials, go to axess.stanford.edu, and click on the “application status” link.

^ You just have to click on “Check Application Status”. It asks for your email address and then says that you’ll receive an email within 24 hours with the status of your application materials.

I got mine 3/4 days after I submitted, I’d imagine it’ll take longer for you guys since there’s so many of you. You’ll probably get it within a week.

I Submitted my app. at 12/24, but I have not recieved the confirmation e-mail
from Stanford. Is is OK?
I could accessed axess.stanford.edu and my e-mail address was accepted.
Does it mean that my application has been recieved?

@anagenesis - I submitted my application weeks ago, and I never received a confirmation email from Stanford. Everything looks good via application status check, though.

I did receive an email confirming my payment receipt (from Stanford), and reminding me to submit my Common App and supplement. Maybe that’s sort of it.

Nevermind. Forget I said 3/4 days. I just went through my email to check. I submitted my app on Dec 1, got the email on Dec 18.

Dear Amy,
We have received your Regular Decision application for admission and are pleased that you have chosen to apply to Stanford. This email contains important information and we ask that you read it very carefully, in its entirety, and follow the instructions below:

Blah, blah, blah. There’s nothing really in there that you didn’t already know like it takes them a while to process recs and stuff. If it says everything is fine on axess, then you’re good to go.

I submitted a few seconds past the 1st, and I got confirmations from the Common App website. The Axess website can’t find my email, though. So does this mean that they didn’t get my application at all then?
