i rushed my sat scores from november… but on the admissions website… it says my file is still incomplete b/c they are missing my 2 satIIs… before the november test i had only taken 1 satII so w/o the november score i dont have enough to meet their requirements. is this a problem… i rushed the scores the day they came out… did anyone else have this problem? what should i do?

My SAT II scores aren't there yet, either. I didn't rush them, but I listed Brown as one of my four recipients when I registered. The website says they usually arrive before December 1, so we still have a couple of days to wait before it becomes a big problem.

i dont know if you applied to brown if you think 3 sat II's are required. all they want (bare minimum) is the SAT+writing or the ACT. so in reality you dont have anything to worry about, unless you believe those scores significantly improve your chances of admission.

You should call the collegeboard help number and ask. my status thing on the website says mine havent been sent but when i called and asked it turned out that they had been sent. Of course, that was october and i duno if the nov. schedule is different.

stupefied06: brown requires the sat w/ writing and 2 sat subject tests. until nov i had only taken the sat w/ writing and 1 subject test. so i needed the extra score from nov. on the website it said i was missing my '2 sat subj tests'.. i guess just grouping them together saying that the full subject test requirement was not met yet.

I'm in the same boat as you IKJohn.

I find it odd that Brown has my reasoning scores and not my SAT II scores.

I checked the status site on another college and it had received my scores from Nov. a few days ago....Brown still doesn't have mine yet, should that be a reason to worry?

Unfortunately, the same thing happened to me. I actually just got off the phone with collegeboard and brown admissions. They were not going to send the scores until dec. 2nd! I called brown and they advised me to rush my scores (they will be sent out the 30th, which will hopefully help.) I would suggest that you contact collegeboard (1-609-771-7600) and the university (1-401-863-1000).

i rushed mine the day the nov scores came out.. am i okay then?

Ahh, I called College Board too and they told me the same thing (about sending scores out December 2nd). I just rushed my scores! And the strange thing is that I called the Brown Admissions office about 2 weeks ago and they said that I didn't have to rush my scores. Anybody out there applying ED who wants Brown to see their November SAT scores, RUSH YOUR SCORES!

If CB doesn't send them out until Dec 2nd, why did one of my colleges already received my scores?

I didnt rush my scores. Until yesterday the Brown website showed two SAT IIs as missing but now it says that the application is complete. So, i guess those who havent rushed their scores, even theirs has been recieved.

Whaat? That's what the CB lady told me. So I just wasted 35 bucks? Great...lol.
