Didn't get my Transcript

This is getting frustrating but in my Albert it says they haven't received my HS Transcript. So I call AND e-mail, and both respond saying everything isn't processed yet, so please wait and they'll let me know if I am missing anything.

But the fact is that I'm applying to EDII, and it isn't showing up that they didn't receive my Transcript yet, is just freaking me out. Oh and I also went to my school's college office, and confirmed that all the transcripts DID go out, including to NYU. Btw, all my other schools received it.

Should I just be patient or should I act? The e-mail and call was about 3-4 days ago.

Don’t worry. Lots of ED2 applicant’s transcripts aren’t shown as received yet.

Here are some for example.
http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/new-york-university/1070074-albert-says-i-submitted-late.html

Well the same thing happened to me but I’m RD and an international applicant. In my situation I have a feeling that the Career Guidance Counsellor didn’t upload the correct transcript and now it’s noted as missing on Albert. (complete with teasing untickable box)

So like you I called the admissions office to see if I could get an email contact for the guidance counsellor to send it in (along with the school profile which I also don’t think he filled correctly).

The first chap I spoke to was very helpful and didn’t seem to think it was that big a problem, and that it was probably just a case of it not yet having been filed. But he did say that everybody would get an email on the 20th to let them know if there was anything in particular missing.

So I rang again the next day slightly nervous that the first chap had misunderstood me and spoke with another advisor who said the same thing and that people would have time to submit anything online after the 20th.

She didn’t ask as to whether or not I had applied specifying EDII or RD so I assume they’re placing the same weight on whether it’s the former or latter.

Of course I understand your trepidation but perhaps you’ll exasperate the admission office staff by sending another direct email, given that they’re busy and likely to be less tolerant? Hope you get it all sorted though. (:
