Didn't receive my ELI code after more than 3 weeks? Is that normal?

Hi guys,

I applied 22 days ago. Everything's in the title. Should I send an email? To whom?

Thanks

Try this. Go to: https://fidelis.its.yale.edu/authenticate/ResetAccountWithEmail_eli-accounts.do

Enter: your email address of record. If your email address is in Yale’s system, you should get an email from Yale with your Eli Account ID.

Once you have the ID, you will then need to activate your account by following the on-line directions.: https://fidelis.its.yale.edu/authenticate/ActivateAccount_eli-accounts.do

If the above does not work, I would call (203.432.9300) or email the Admissions office next week (student.questions@yale.edu).

it doesn’t work. I’ll email them later this week.

thanks

I didn’t receive my Eli Account, too :(

I don’t think it is anything to worry about. They are swamped with apps.

I have the same problem, but I applied approximately 2 weeks ago. I’ll wait until the three weeks is over to ask them about it.

I just barely got mine, and I had to wait more than three weeks. I think you’re probably fine.

I applied on the 30th and it mine today.

^Of last Decmber that is. So it actually took a little less than two weeks for them to send me my code.

@GreyWolf, I also applied on the 30th and have not yet received mine…hmm.

I applied on the 30th and just got mine yesterday, so it was a little over two weeks for me. I wouldn’t worry about it for now, as people have said they’re just swamped. Good luck!

I also just received my code; I guess there still busy assembling all applications, but, if it takes too long, you should definitely email them.
