I will be a senior this year, but during junior year, I took the SAT and got a 1660. I think this score can definitely be improved, so I didn't send my reports to any colleges I plan to go to. Is that bad? Is there still a way to send them still, or will colleges have access to them either way?

You do not need to send test scores until Fall senior year when you are applying to colleges. You can send scores either by identifying a college on your test application before your score comes out so that the particular college automatically is sent the scores when they are released. That method of sending is free for up to four colleges. Alternatively, you can send scores any time after the scores have been released by going into your on-line account with the College Board and ordering them sent. That costs a fee of $11.25 per college.

If you are intending to retake the test and your question is asking whether you can send only the new test score if it is higher than present one, the answer is maybe because it depends on colleges to which you are applying. College Board allows you to send any one or more tests while withholding others. However, colleges are divided on the issue. Many allow you to send whatever test scores you want to send while others require you to send all scores.
