didn't submit resume/interview waived

<p>i decided against submitting a resume as i've been informed by many that resumes are usually quite redundant. (although i've learned that most people on CC did submit them) </p>

<p>and i've just learned that there are no alumni in my area so i cannot be interviewed. </p>

<p>so basically, gtown is just getting my online app + teacher rec and counselor rec</p>

<p>i think my essays were strong, however my activities are pretty run of the mill. </p>

<p>i come from a rural town and i'm ranked number 1 in my class. </p>

<p>but somehow i feel that they don't have enough information .. do you think no resume/interview will hurt my chances?</p>

<p>I was accepted to the College EA and I didn’t send in a resume (my counselor advised against it) and my interview was rather boring. The interview could basically only help, so if you are extremely personable and engaging, then it is a bummer since you won’t have another recommendation saying that. But I don’t think it’ll be that big of a deal. Good luck!</p>
