<p>Ok so im about 6 foot and 160 pounds. Its all fat. Zero muscle lol. Im basically tired of…feeling tired all the time and being weak. So i bought myself a one year subscription to 24 hour fitness gym. Heres my plan</p>
<li>Go on a diet till i get my desired weight (-30 pounds fat)</li>
<li>Excercise every day (++++ muscle)</li>
</ol>
<p>I will do the above 2 things till im fit.</p>
<p>Then im going to excercise everyday BUT eat whatever i want like i do now.</p>
<p>Will i be able to maintain my Weight and muscle? Anyone else tried it? What results?</p>
<p>P.S- I eat junkfood every single day, i look fine no one tells me im fat ever, well people have called me skinny as well as a lil fat but im just a little chubby so i guess i might have fast metabolism considering all i do is sit home and play videogames and eat fast food everyday.</p>
<p>Alternate between cardio & strength training, if you want to be muscular and fit. All cardio makes you lean and strong but all lifting will leave you bulky with no aerobic capacity.</p>
<p>Add more fruits, veggies & protein into your diet. Don't "carbo load" but don't cut carbs out, either. </p>
<p>get a pro trainer at your gym, it will cost you extra but it will be totally worth it when you get a good workout program laid out for you by a professional and you can do it without hurting yourself. </p>
<p>otherwise you'll just be one of those out-of-shape dudes who wanders around the gym for an hour, clearly doesn't know what to do, uses a few machines, runs a mile and goes home.</p>
