Diff Eq or Discrete Structures

I'm currently trying to determine my math classes for sophomore year (CS and Engineering Major). I will have to take Diff Eq in the fall and then Discrete Structures in the spring. The issue is that I also have to take Prob&Stats during one of those semesters. Which pair of math classes would be the least difficult?

Is it a first class in differential equations?
If so, it's not that tough. Not sure how it compares to Discrete Structures though (I've never taken nor read up on what it covers), but I can assure you diff eq won't eat you alive... or at least the time you're reserving for Prob & Stats.
