So I’m a life science major, and I’m wondering which Chem to take next year. What’s the difference between 14A and 20A? Which one is recommended? And which professors should I take them with? Thank in advance~
I can’t comment on the best chem class to take, but in case you haven’t heard of it, Bruin Walk can be a great resource for getting info about professors. The reviews are obviously opinion-based, so you can’t count on them 100%, but it’s been pretty useful in my experience. Hope this helps a little!
Yeah haha, I’ve been on Bruinwalk, but it seems like a lot of the 14A classes have already filled up and now I’m stuck with Lavelle, which I heard was hard, and Casey, which only has 3 spots left in her class. I don’t pick my classes untill next week, since I’m OOS and have one of the later orientation sessions. I’m debating whether taking 20A is a good idea or just waiting till the winter quarter to enroll in 14A. And anyone know if Lavelle is as hard as everyone says?
