Hey, I'm a student trying to transfer, who is very confused. I've tried looking this up online but no one seems to have a good answer. Any input would be very helpful.

The prompt for a transfer commonapp essay is "Please provide a statement (appr. 250-500 words) that addresses your reasons for transferring and the objectives you hope to achieve.
my main concern is that it doesn't address it entirely." The prompt for the supplement for the school I'm applying to is "Please write a brief statement that addresses the following: Given your interests, values, and goals, explain why Oberlin College will help you grow (as a student and a person) during your undergraduate years."

I wrote my essay for the first prompt, but I made it very specific to Oberlin and less about how my school doesn't meet my needs. I wrote a couple of sentences:
My current school does not offer me the opportunity to pursue an Environmental Studies major and follow my passions.

And

Although I have met wonderful professors and students at my current college, it has not provided me with the college experience I seek.

Is it a problem that it's so specific and should it me more centered on my current school and why I want to transfer, or is it okay as long as I write an original essay for my second prompt?

Thank you all!
