Difference between ed1 and ed2?

<p>What is the difference between GWU's ED1 and ED2</p>

<p>you apply for ED2 later than ED1. Most poeple that apply ED2 have already been rejected from their first ED school... and so then they decide to go for GW for ED2. I'm pretty sure it is easier to get into GW as an ED1 applicant, then an ED2 applicant, then a regular applicant. </p>

<p>does that make sense?</p>

<p>Also, there are certain benefits that ED candidates get--like housing preference. This year I think only EDI applicants and some Honors people got into the very desirable Potomac House, the new dorm on F street.</p>
