<p>Can anyone clear this up for me? I hear that either Equal Opportunity Fund or Equal Opportunity Program can give you a full-ride to colleges. Is it only limited to your state colleges?</p>
<p>This is a New Jersey state program that provides funding for New Jersey students attending instate, participating schools, some of which are public and some of which are private.</p>
