<p>i think IIc was the old name...the C meant that calculator use was now allowed
now, since practically nobody takes it w/o a calculator it's simply called Level 2.
I have yet to take the test (I will this saturday), so I can't really help you out with the topics</p>

<p>They used to have Math I, IC, and IIC. You couldn't use a calculator on Math I, but you could on IC and IIC - hence the C. They've gotten rid of Math I since then, so there's no need to have the C's. And it sounds kinda weird to say Math I and Math II. So they changed it to Level 1 and Level 2.</p>
