Is one easier than the other? I'm planning to take both tests in June, and I feel my teacher has prepared us well for the AP test in May. And I've already gotten the Princeton Review study guide for AP Physics B, do I need a PR guide for the physics subject test?

I personally did not prep for either and did well on both, but my teacher was EXTREMELY good at teaching, if the student was willing to put in some effort, so I am sure that my case an outlier. As for the content of the tests, they were actually quite similar with the subject test being a bit more simple. There were equations and simple relationships (spring force was a big one on my test) that you have to know, so I would advise going over equations from each unit to prepare yourself. Good luck on both tests!

Alright thanks. So I compared the AP book I have with the online preview of the SAT Subject test on Amazon, and both books provide the same content! I’m going to just use my knowledge from the course and the PR guide I already own to prep for both tests. Thanks again!

No problem! They really were quite similar, so just try to retain your knowledge from the AP test. If anything, I would suggest taking the subject test in May (if available, I don’t know the dates this year) so that you only really need to study once.
