Difference between Rieber Terrace and Rieber Vista?

<p>Can anyone tell me the difference between Rieber Terrace and Rieber Vista?
I'm about to submit my CAR (got stuck with Sunset Village!) but I'm not sure which one to choose.

I definitely prefer RT

<p>I’ll be in RV. This works great for me, because I prefer limited space and crappy living conditions.</p>
