<p>So many kids from my school are also applying ED to Penn that it's getting discouraging. However, am I not necessarily competing against them if they aren't all applying to the same school as me? Does each school have a different adcom or the same? Thanks!</p>
<p>In general, admissions officers are not divided up by, or assigned to, specific undergraduate schools. However, for some of the specialized programs (dual-degree, VIPER, NETS, etc.), my understanding is that there usually are representatives of the programs involved in the admissions process. But each admissions officer (and the admissions committees) handles applicants to all four undergraduate schools.</p>
