Different GPA Question!

Quick question about UGA recalculating your gpa. On the site it says that an A=4.0, B=3.0, etc...does that mean that an A- is an A (4.0) when recalculating your GPA (so you would rate the A- as a 4.0) and a B+ or B- is a B (so you would say the B+ or B- is a 3.0). What I am trying to say is do they give you 3.5s or 3.3s or whatever or are they just straight 4.0, 3.0, etc.
thanks and please let me know,

everything ends in .0

so an A- is given credit as a 4.0 (instead of a 3.7) and a B+ would be a 3.0 (instead of a 3.3)?
thanks,

so is this the correct way of distributing GPA points for when UGA recalculates your GPA:

A=4.0
A-=4.0
B+=3.0
B=3.0
B-=3.0
C+=2.0
C=2.0
C-=2.0
D+=1.0
D=1.0
D-=1.0
F=0.0

thanks!
