Different Highschools

In 11th grade, I went to a different highschool, and now my 10 and 9th grades aren't calculated in the GPA that's on my transcript, will colleges recalculate my GPA?

Possibly. It depends on the college.

So what happens? They’ll just ignore those grades? Shouldn’t they recalculate it or it would be unfair?

GPA as a single number is probably used less than most people realize - it doesn’t contain all the detail your transcript does, and that’s much more important to a college than a single number. Any school will read the transcripts from both HS to extract the information they need. Whether or not they calculate a new GPA is actually rather unimportant.
