<p>Does anyone know the different acceptance rates, average SAT scores, stats, etc. of the different schools at NYU?</p>
<p>Stern and Tisch are by far the two most competitive and selective programs at NYU (both top-5 programs in the country for what they do). Stern tends to lend more weight to SATs and GPA than does Tisch, but Tisch focuses on subjective quality of work (portfolio, recommendations, artistic ability, etc.) while Stern is very quantitative in nature.</p>
<p>What about Steinhardt?</p>
<p>I keep hearing steinhardt is the easiest school to get into, except for the art majors because those programs are small and talent based.</p>
