Different options for summer

I’m an international student, currently a sophomore pursuing a major in Chemical Engineering, at UC San Diego looking for a good summer program. I applied to HKUST (Hong Kong) as part of the Education Abroad Program at UCSD and have gotten accepted. I intend to take regular classes there such as Linear Algebra and either a sociology or business course.
I have also gotten accepted into Imperial College London’s Business Summer School and plan on taking both Finance and Business Strategy & Consulting during the two sessions. I am interested in business because I plan on getting an MBA maybe two years after I graduate.
I also applied to Columbia (already accepted) and want to apply to Harvard to take regular classes such as the ones I would be taking at HKUST (most likely Math and Econ).
Which of these options do you think is the best for me and why? Keep in mind that all these programs are for summer 2015.
Any help is appreciated. Thank you!
