Difficulty confirming waitlist position

<p>After much anticipation, I received the letter from American saying I was waitlisted. Not what I wanted, but I still want to confirm my spot on the waitlist for the small chance that I can still get in. Unfortunately, when i typed in the link from my letter, it showed up as “does not exist”. Did anyone else on the wait-list have this problem or is it just me?</p>
