Difficulty in double majoring + teaching certification?

I'll be entering Stony Brook as a freshman next year, so perhaps this is a little early to be thinking about all of this, but I've been contemplating potential major and career paths and all that and I just want to get some preliminrary opinions. As of now, I'm enrolled in the journalism program. I definitely want to pursue this, or at least start off pursuing this. I'm also certain that I want to double major in one of the social sciences (anthropology, sociology, psychology or history), not quite sure which yet.

Stony Brook offers teaching preparation in secondary social studies education with a major in history, anthropology, sociology, and a few other things, I forget which. I'm not entirely sure that this is what I want to pursue yet, so I'll have to ask around and get more information and everything once I'm actually in my first semester. However, theoretically, how difficult would it be to pursue a double major in journalism and, say, anthropology along with a social studies teaching certification? Any thoughts on the subject are welcome =]
