I bought the following SAT II books
Kaplan,
Barron's and
Princeton Review

for maths physics and chemistry. What is the difficulty level of each one? I want to start from the easier one and then move on to the hard one.

Is there any other book that I can practice for SAT II

Barron’s is the hardest for both Chem and Math.

For SAT or Subject Tests USUALLY the case is *Barron’s> Princeton> Kaplan * with Barron’s being the toughest and most ridiculously comprehensive. Though I have only browsed through the Math and Physics books of the three companies, I’m pretty sure the order of difficulty maintains for Chemistry as well.

^No Kaplan is harder than PR for Chemistry. I have both and fully read both…
