difficulty of acceptance/major

does anyone know if there are some majors that are simply easier to get in with???

There isn't, per se, a major that is easier to get into USC with because they consider your first and second choice majors and if you don't get those, they still consider you for the "undeclared" major. That means that acceptance to the university is regardless of major. I would go with whatever major interests you most because even if you don't get that major, that doesn't mean you're rejected from the university.

Some schools at USC are very selective such as the cinema school and engineering.

Yes, those schools are selective in admitting students to specific majors but applying to them still does not increase/decrease the likelihood of being accepted to USC as a university overall. That means that there are no majors that are "simply easier to get in with," not that there are are no majors that are "simply easier to get into" if you are accepted to the overall school.
