Since Cornell has an infamous workload, I was wondering about the actual difficulty of the classes. Do intro classes begin at the level of most AP classes, or are they already more difficult? Do some courses border on impossible? Do you feel intellectually challenged, or just plain overworked? Obviously, a lot depends on which course is in question, but if you could get me a general idea, that would be great. I will probably be either an animal science or biology major at CALS.

Do intro classes begin at the level of most AP classes, or are they already more difficult? More difficult, for sure. The difference is though you're only taking 4 or 5 total courses at a time and you'll have more free time for studying/homework stuff.

Do some courses border on impossible? I have yet to encounter one, though many require a huge time investment.

Do you feel intellectually challenged, or just plain overworked? For the vast majority of the time i feel the former, in finals week i feel the latter.
