Difficulty of Math Major at UCLA

<p>Hey guys, my friend who's a math/econ major is worried that once he transfers, he won't be able to handle the coursework of math classes. He was wondering if any current ucla students could provide info about math classes there (avg. gpa, amount of studying per day, competition, etc.). If anyone could help him, it would be great. thnx guys</p>
