I am taking SAT 2 Bio in January.I am using the Barrons book, but I felt it doesn't go in much details as the Bio textbook I use in school.
I do have a decent OVERALL knowledge of Bio but I am worried about how complicated and detailed are the real SAT questions?
And is studying solely from the Barrons enough??

Well if you are in an honors or regular bio class, I would say the details in the textbook are similar to the test difficulty. If you took an AP class, the AP textbook is way too in-depth. The questions are similar to AP type questions (not from the book). And, I would say get the Cliffs book for AP even though you are taking the SAT II. It is the best prep book that many suggest.

I just used Barron’s as a self-study tool and received a 780, so it is definitely enough. I would recommend using PR practice tests though.

Thanks a lot!

I used Barrons as well and got a 790. Barrons is fine.
