Difficulty of tests

How hard are the Subject tests in relation to the AP tests? I'm planning on taking U.S. History and one of the Biology tests, but what should I expect to be on them?

Are the tests more specific than the AP tests, less, or the same?

Also, would using my prep books from last year in these respective subjects be enough or too much for the Subject tests?

For APUSH, lots of the same questions.
Got a 5 on the AP exam and 690 on APUSH SATII.

Did you adequately prepare for the test at all or did you not study for it?

Because I got a 5 as well but haven’t begun to study yet and have around 3 weeks to get myself back on track.

I got a 5 on the exam. I used the five sparknotes sat practice tests…770 on USH subject test.

I thought it was pretty comparable to the mc part of the history exam but some find it harder than the APUSH test…

Well. Bio was easier. APUSH was similar.

APUSH 5 —> SAT US History 750
AP Bio 5 —> SAT Bio M 770

APES would help for the E section.
