Difficulty of Transferring to NYU-SCPS

I know that this is a bit of a stretch, but hopefully there will be someone who will be able to give me a good indication. I'm basically trying to figure out more about the difficulty of trying to transfer into SCPS. I'm currently studying at Indiana University and am trying to transfer so I can obtain a B.S. in Real Estate. I've been receiving mixed reviews on how difficult it is to get into the school. I've heard from several people on this site that it's not difficult; those were from threads like 2-3 years ago. I've also heard from others that it's really competitive.

My current stats are as follows:

3.3 college GPA

(SAT scores not required by school)

(AP scores not required by school... essentially, high school transcript is moot)

work experience for the past 2 summers (8 months) as a consultant at a business

professional experience for the past 2 summers (8 months) as an intern for a independent real estate broker

personal statement should be fantastic as I'm receiving help from 2 professors, 3 graduate students, and the writing tutorial services at my school. I want to make it the best that it can be They are NOT helping with the writing; it is purely all my own.

2 great letters of recommendation from professors

volunteering experience with the local Parks & Rec and Animal Shelter

(extra curricular not very relevant in my personal statement as they aren't related to real estate)

I remember being told by an admissions officer that the recommended GPA for the school is a 3.0 and that they're not very traditional as other schools since its tailored for more adults returning to schooling. I've been told by a "secretary" (whoever picked up the phone at the number I called) that if I meet the requirements, then I'll be in. I don't really know what exactly she means by "requirements" since she's not an admissions officer. Perhaps she was just trying to make me feel at ease?

If anyone who perhaps was admitted into SCPS or have any knowledge on this topic can respond, I would greatly appreciate it. I'm just so stressed out about getting in!

Hopefully this bump will help…
