<p>I finished the PI form and got my mom to sign as a guarantor, which the site acknowledges. However, it hasn't changed status from Offered - Incomplete to Received - Not Payed, so I can't actually pay the $350 fee. I've given it almost twelve hours to change, and it still hasn't. Does anyone else have this problem, or know how to fix it?</p>
<p>You have to go back and re submit the form your mom signed. She should have signed it through email and then it should have been resubmitted after through the housing portal.</p>
