Diiff between EA and ED

Wat is it and do all schools offer both?

ED stands for early decision and it's for those students who already have a clear first choice college. If the college you applied early decision accepts you, you'll have to withdraw all other college applications and attend that college.
If you're still comparing colleges, you should apply EA/early action and then when you get accepted, you can decide which one you want to attend.

cuz i know ed gets your chances raised a lot by most skooolls, what about ea

For a more detailed (though perhaps too detailed) explanation:

Also wanted to add that the debate on whether or not EA/ED increases chances for the REGULAR applicant is fierce and nowhere near settled.

"legally" is overstated (no school will take you to court), but there are schools (COHFE members?) that will blackball a student who doesn't honor an ED commitment. When there is a need-based financial aid component, other schools treat ED as an offer, freely declinable without consequence.
