<p>Well Keynes, I see that Harvard is certainly the right school for you. However, i would like to suggest that your case is fairly unique. You picked Harvard because of location, but there are just as many other students that would want to pick YPSM for location as well. These variables simply do not explain why Harvard has such a signifcantly higher applicant yield than these other universities. I think the two main factors that really distinguish Harvard from other prestigous schools are the name and endowment. Otherwise, I can see no significant difference between it and other top universities that would cause it to yield so many more acceptees. It seems logical then that these two factors play a huge role.</p>
