Dilemma of choosing school: UCLA/UCSD/UCI/GT

Hello and thank you for your view and reply in advance. As is said in the title, I am currently at an dilemma of choosing the school to attends.

===============School Decisions================
I am admitted to (ordered by the decision release date):

  • Georgia Institute of Technology (CS, College of Computing)
  • UCSD (CE, School of Engineering)
  • UCLA (CS, School of Engineering)
  • UCI (CS&E, Interdisciplinary)

I was rejected by:

  • UCB (CS, College of L&S)

The following schools are still pending:

  • UW Seattle (CE, College of Engineering)
    • Decision will release in late July
  • Uni of Minnesota Twin City (CS, College of Engineering)
    • Decision will release in N/A (probably July/August)

===============Personal Info================
Community College GPA: 3.972
Activities:

  • Part-time job at IT helpdesk (aka. computer lab assistant)
  • Leading a web developing team
  • Student Technology Club President
  • Dedicated volunteer for the student government
  • Got honor credit for 4 sophomore-level Math/CS/Physics course
  • Got the second highest score twice (only campus-wide though) on AMATYC (a math competition)

Teaching Quality (Having a knowledgeable and supportive professor and TA ) 40%
Path to future career (Having good intern/job opportunity): 40%
Social Environment (safe and peaceful student community): 10%
Natural Environment (not too hot during the summer) 5%
Reputation (Ranking is not everything, but it is something) 5%

==========Additional Notes===========
The GT housing application is due on 5/1, so it would be nice to hear some replies from you by this weekend.

Net price of each school, and how much can you afford before having to take loans?

Thank you for your reply, @ucbalumnus. The price is not the biggest concern and my parents are willing to support me to pay all fees that are not covered by the grant and scholarship. My family

Additionally, after reviewing the related policy, I am not eligible for in-state tuition for any school mentioned above, Therefore, I don’t have much preference to a particular state (although, I admit I’m a little bit in favor of WA since I have been studying in WA for couple years).
