Dilemma: Should I send these SAT scores?

I just got my scores back from the January SAT I. When you take the highest score from every test I took, I only made a ten-point improvement (in the math section) on this one even though I prepped a lot. There were no huge decreases in the other subjects. Should I rush-report this score to colleges? is it worth it? I am talking about top-tier schools like Brown, Columbia, Penn, Cornell, and Northwestern. Please help! many of the schools are already reviewing apps.

If you need to know, the scores on the Jan test were: M 680/V 750/W 800.
On past tests, my highest in one sitting was: M 670/V 800/W 800 (actually, this is my higest combined as well).

i don't think it's worth it, but if you feel differently, by all means send it.

Don't send. The 10 point increase in Math isn't worth the drop in Verbal.

I agree with Erin's dad that a 10 point increase in math is not going to do much for your cause. However, most of the schools you mentioned will take the highest scores over multiple sittings so if you sent them you would present with a 680/800/800.
