<p>I sent in my form 1A a long time ago and I know that Penn recieved it already. They did not cash my 70 dollar app fee, so here is my question: since I sent in form 1A by paper, am i able to send in the rest of the applicaiton online? Because if I am not msitaken there is a part of the online app where you have to pay with a credit card. If there is such a part, then what do I do since I do not want to pay the fee twice and I might not be allowed to skip that part online?</p>
