Dimensions of Dartmouth Question

I was just accepted to Dartmouth!!!!!

I plan to attend "Dimensions of Dartmouth" from April 18th to April 20th. There was a link on the acceptance letter to a form I can fill out so Dartmouth can help me with travel assistance.
Does Dartmouth provide a voucher for air travel or are we expected to pay? It says on the letter that "We would be pleased to provide you with complimentary transportation to and from campus for this event."

Also, it says Dartmouth will greet participants and arrange ground transportation. So does that mean if I fly into say Manchester that a Dartmouth rep will help me directly get to the campus?

Also, is this program still worth it if I am DEFINITIVELY going to Dartmouth?

Thanks!

^ Congratulations! I’m the parent of a DM junior, and she is totally 100% obsessed with the school. It is a very special place indeed. I don’t know about transportation, but from what you posted, it sounds like they will help you out with costs. I would just recommend calling today. However, definitely GO to Dimensions, even if you have already 100% decided. First, you will meet many of your future classmates. But more iimportantly, Dimensions is a truly unique accepted students’ weekend. From all of the accepted students weekends my 2 kids attended, Dimensions stood out from the rest. Have a great time, and big congrats!

Thank you dumbo11! I emailed Dartmouth and for anyone’s that interested, they pay for transportation (for me a bus, not sure about flying).

I will definitely attend now though.

Dartmouth College will arrange and pay for the cost of transportation for students who meet all of the qualifications below.
