<p>So I'm in Fisher and it says I eat at 1920 commons west wing or whatever.. Do I have to eat there??? I mean the breakfast hours are really late like 9 am - 11 am on MOnday through Friday.. can I go eat at Hill since their hours are 7:30 am - 9 am which is more reasonable for people who have morning classes?? We're not restricted as to which dining hall location we can eat at right? Otherwise, that's just ridiculous. Why should I only have to eat at 1920 commons??? Paying $4000+, I should be able to eat at any dining hall.</p>

<p>oh also for the Dining Express, like Mclelland or something, we don’t use dining dollars right? It’s like going to a dining hall except it’s take-away and faster?</p>

**How Do Dining Plans Work?</p>

<p>Semester Allowance**
Use your visits in any of our three all-you-care-to-eat on-campus restaurants (1920 Commons, Hill College House or Kings Court English College House). Additionally, you can use your visits in Falk Dining Commons, our all-you-care-to-eat kosher dining restaurant. Each time you eat in an on-campus restaurant, one visit is subtracted from your semester visit allowance.</p>

<p>Dining Dollar$(D$)
Dining Dollar$ can be used in any Penn Dining location including Starbucks in 1920 Commons and Houston Market. Each time you make a purchase, that amount is subtracted from your Dining Dollar$ account balance.
