Not really directly related to High School, well, kinda;
I'm planning to host a dinner party at a restaurant. I've never done this before. I'm pretty popular in school, but don't go out/ get invited by my peers, so trying to have a social event where I invite people who seem interested in me, that I like, and don't know all that too well. What would be some interesting/fun activities/ice breakers that High school students would enjoy and not be bored while talking to the person next to them. I had in mind Apples to apples or writing off-beat notes underneath each person's piece of paper like 'I recently ate a wheel of cheese' and have them pass it of as a fact.My invite is basically going to be "Time, Date, Location, bring one friend your comfortable with, Dutch". Suggestions?

I’d bring twister. Just remove the dishes and stuff from the table (restaurants typically don’t mind) and put the mat on top. The elevation off of the ground makes the game more edgy.

I’d recommend playing Apples to Apples or Catch Phrase. So much fun
