So I've got both, though the McGraw Hill one is for the PSAT which I am taking in... thirteen days. The number of vocab questions I get wrong is generally 1-3 questions, sometimes more, sometimes none.
I've used the Direct Hits more since I've had them longer and they're more fun to read, but I find that McGraw Hill's root lists are useful.
I have, however, seen results form using the Direct Hits, though I'm not sure if it's because I took practice SATs from the Blue Book and the vocab was taken from the blue book... in that case, I'm done for for the SATs/PSATs.

So, what are your opinions on McGraw Hill vocab/Direct Hits/Any other list you want to mention?

(and any of y'all taking the PSATs the twentieth and are sophomores? How're you all feeling about this? I'm feeling pretty antsy, though I've casually [read: lazy bum] prepared for the SATs last summer and the summer before that... but not specifically the PSATs and I still seem to be wavering around the 200s/2000s... though I've never taken the test seriously... I should do that. orz)
