Disabled Portal

I tried to log into my Banner page today and it said it has been temporarily disabled. This is almost definitely because of that time weeks/a month ago when I tried to log in a ridiculous amount of times. Anyways, it says to contact my system administrator, but I can’t find any sort of email or phone number for tech support. Can anyone help me out? It would be really cool to have a functional portal before decisions come out.Thanks!

call the office of admissions and they will direct you or fix it.

@redpoodles thanks! I emailed a different division, but if they don’t get back to me I’ll try them next.

That email is what pops up when you click the domain/contact/problems area of the portal. They might be open now too.

@redpoodles I just emailed them. They’re closed, but as long as I fix it before tomorrow evening, it’s all good. Thanks for your help!

@ohsomello Maybe it was because of this:
“MyWellesley is unavailable on Sunday from 2:30-3:30am and will also have a brief downtime Monday-Saturday between 3:00-3:10am. In addition, Friday mornings (5:00-9:00am) are reserved for maintenance. Additional downtime will be scheduled as needed.”

It works! Thank god. There was a password issue that needed resolving. Can’t wait for decisions tonight!
